By installing, accessing, or using Profile Exporter Pro ("the Extension," "our service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Extension.

Profile Exporter Pro is a Chrome browser extension that helps users export LinkedIn profile information to PDF and Excel formats. The Extension processes data locally in your browser and does not store any personal information on our servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Extension only for legitimate business purposes
• Respect LinkedIn's Terms of Service and privacy settings
• Only export profiles you have legitimate access to view
• Not use the Extension for spam, harassment, or unauthorized data collection
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Extension
• Use the Extension to violate any third party's rights
• Share your PRO account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to bulk export profiles beyond reasonable business use

4. Subscription and Payment

FREE Version:

• Limited to 5 exports per month
• No payment required
• Subject to fair use policy

PRO Version:

• €19/month for unlimited exports
• Subscription automatically renews monthly
• Cancel anytime through your account

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all code, design, and functionality, is owned by Profile Exporter Pro and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Extension.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We provide the Extension "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for LinkedIn policy changes or account restrictions

7. Data and Privacy

• We do not collect, store, or process your personal data
• All data processing happens locally on your device
• You are responsible for how you use exported data

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the Extension for prohibited purposes
• Engage in abusive behavior

You may terminate by:

• Uninstalling the Extension
• Canceling your PRO subscription

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Livorno, Italy.
